Regional Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute region-specific social media strategies that support the brokerage’s overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations (MFSA and FSA).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the brokerage’s social media presence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Forex or Prop Firm services industries.
- Marketing agency experience is to be considered a bonus
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry, including knowledge of regulatory bodies such as FSA and FCA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
