Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute region-specific social media strategies that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the brokerage’s social media presence.
6. Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
7. Offer suggestions and implementation strategies to the Management, as to new ways to increase brand awareness and exposure.
8. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
9. Keep up to date with industry related best practices, which may be relevant to your role.
10. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Forex or Prop Firm services industries.
2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of futures and futures prop.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
4. Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
5. Knowledge of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
8. Adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
